BNE Real Estate Group has launched leasing at a collection of 99 upscale apartments in Fairfield, as it marks the debut of its latest multifamily property in the state.
Known as The Kingsley, the complex at 2000 Murray Court has a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes and a series of indoor and outdoor amenities. The developer is hoping to lure renters with what it describes as a private, enclave-like setting in western Essex County, along with a location minutes from interstates 80 and 280, Route 46 and mass transit.
Monthly rents start from $2,295, with grand opening incentives and immediate occupancy.
“We have taken a fresh approach to the design and development process in an effort to bring something unique to this market,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at Livingston-based BNE Real Estate Group. “At The Kingsley, residents will discover stylish living and social spaces tucked into a quiet section of Fairfield’s charming suburban setting.”
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, with furniture by Mary Cook & Associates, the property has amenities throughout the main building and in a separate clubhouse that overlooks an outdoor swimming pool and terrace, BNE said. Common spaces include social lounges, a lobby café, co-working and meeting space and a high-end fitness center, along with outdoor offerings such as grilling and dining areas and fire pits.
Private garages and storage spaces are also available. In addition, BNE noted that select apartments have balconies and windows.
