The owner of an eight-acre industrial property in Readington is seeking a buyer for the parcel, in a recent offering by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Located at 51 Tannery Road, the site includes 21,500 square feet of warehouse and office space and yard space with tenants on short-term leases, according to a news release. Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with the Green Brook-based brokerage firm, noted that a new owner can extend the leases or occupy the property.
Boniakowski added that the property is just off Route 22 and near the Branchburg border.
