An Italian gourmet store in Middlesex Borough is expanding by 11,000 square feet with a newly signed lease arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The operator, Sapore Ravioli, will use the additional space at 427 Lincoln Blvd. to grow its business of producing and supplying its pasta offerings, according to a news release. It also operates a retail deli location at an adjacent building.
Boniakowski Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both the landlord and tenant in the five-year lease, which includes extension options.
