A publicity agency is relocating in Cherry Hill after signing a new lease for more than 3,000 square feet of office space, in a recent deal by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm worked with CHP Associates Inc., the landlord at 1415 Route 70, in securing the 3,300-square-foot commitment from Smith Publicity. Renovations are now underway at the space, which sits within a roughly 102,000-square-foot structure just west of Interstate 295.
“Smith Publicity Inc. will enjoy their new location for years to come,” Vantage Commercial’s Ken Richardson said. “The Cherry Hill Plaza building met all of their requirements and ownership was a pleasure to work with and expedited the process.”
