The Albert M. Higley Co. has continued its expansion in New Jersey with several recent hires on its Morristown-based team.
The newest additions include Gino Bravo, an industry veteran, who joined the construction management and general contracting firm last fall as its chief estimator. He oversees all aspects of estimating, budgeting and cost control for AMHigley’s portfolio of projects, bringing 30 years of experience that includes a blend of technical expertise, leadership and a deep understanding of the construction market.
The firm added that Bravo will be an integral figure in the preconstruction process, specializing in budget development. His expertise comes into play from the earliest schematic phases through design development and continues throughout the final construction drawing phase.
“Gino’s joining AMHigley further solidifies our commitment to becoming New Jersey’s go-to construction manager in the education, health care, corporate office and cultural nonprofit building sectors,” said Conor Evans, the firm’s regional vice president in New Jersey. “His experience and relationships are unparalleled within the market, and his values were a clear cultural match. It was a no-brainer, and great things are on the horizon because of it.”
AMHigley also announced last fall that Kishan Kamath has joined its team as a construction superintendent. He brings nine years in the industry and expertise in project engineering and superintendent roles, which the firm said has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in delivering successful construction projects.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kishan Kamath to the AMHigley family,” Evans said. “His extensive experience, coupled with a deep understanding of project engineering and superintendent responsibilities, makes him an ideal fit for our team. As we continue to grow and take on ambitious projects, Kishan’s expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our endeavors.”
