Bussel Realty Corp. has deepened its bench with the addition of Rebecca Abraham and Janna Williams as sales associates with one of its main industrial teams.
According to a news release, both brokers join the group led by industrial specialists Steve Jaynes and Doug Jaynes. Abraham will focus on the northern and central New Jersey industrial market, with an emphasis on logistics, freezer-cooler facilities and shipping-related clients, while Willaims will work with clients ranging from small business owners to nonprofit organizations in offering guidance in property acquisition, development and zoning compliance.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca and Janna to the Jaynes Industrial Group of BRC,” Steve Jaynes said. “They complement the team’s commitment to delivering optimal real estate solutions that align with our client’s business objectives. Their client-centric attention supports our dedication to delivering the highest standards in real estate brokerage and advisory services.”
The Edison-based firm said Abraham graduated from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand and has three years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, having successfully completed transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Prior to her real estate career, she spent more than 10 years in the telecommunications and technology sectors, providing what BRC said is a diverse background and global experiences to complement her fluency in five languages.
Williams, for her part, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and the CEO of Roll Models, having also spent the last four years as chair of the Roselle Planning Board. In that capacity, she has overseen complex zoning decisions, facilitated development approvals and helped guide responsible land use planning that supports local economic growth.
