A clothing company has found a new home in Linden after agreeing to sublease 52,000 square feet of industrial space, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Thursday.
In a news release, BRC said it represented sublandlord Rotuba Extruders Inc. in the deal at 1401 South Park Ave. The new user, Hengying Clothing 2024 Inc., will occupy most of the 54,000-square-foot building just off Interstate 278 and less than a mile from both Route 1&9 and the New Jersey Turnpike, benefiting from features such as 3,500 square feet of office space, 17-foot clear height ceilings, four loading docks, one drive-in door and one acre of industrial outdoor space on a three-acre site.
Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel completed the deal in conjunction with ACRE, which represented the subtenant.
“We’re proud to have delivered a smooth and efficient sublease process for Rotuba,” Abbate said. “The combination of location, heavy power availability and outdoor storage at 1401 South Park Avenue continues to attract quality users, which speaks to the strength and resilience of the Linden industrial submarket.”
