The owner of a Roselle industrial building has signed a new 4,000-square-foot lease at the property, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented both parties in the deal at 169 East Highland Parkway. P & I Global Tire is leasing the space from MM NJ Realty LLC, the owner of the 16,500-square-foot property off Route 27.
Steve Jaynes, an industrial specialist with BRC, spearheaded the transaction. He noted that 169 East Highland Parkway has 17-foot ceiling heights, 200 amps of electric power, three drive-in doors and gas heat.
“It was a pleasure to represent our client, MM NJ Realty LLC, in locating an ideal tenant for 169 East Highland Parkway,” Jaynes said. “The property’s location and features are perfectly suited for P & I Global Tire’s business and clients in the area.”
