The owner of a 16,000-square-foot industrial building in Garwood has secured two tenants for the property, in a set of newly announced deals by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to a news release, the leases at 116 South Ave. include a 10,500-square-foot commitment by Withink Labs Inc. and a 5,500-square-foot transaction by R&C Restoration Services LLC. Both deals came together within the last two months, the brokerage team said, touting the facility’s proximity to routes 1 & 9, 22 and 28, as well as Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the landlord, Clay Equities, in the transactions. Evergreen Commercial represented Withink Labs.
The brokerage team noted that the building has 16-foot clear ceiling heights, two drive-in doors, wet sprinklers, heavy power and surface parking.
“We’re pleased to bring 116 South Avenue to full occupancy with two quality tenants that are a great fit for the building,” Abbate said. “The demand for functional, small-bay industrial space in Union County remains strong, and we’re proud to have delivered a quick lease-up on behalf of our client, Clay Equities.”
