A nearly 300,000-square-foot industrial building in Rahway has changed hands for $19.5 million, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
Brokers with the firm represented Rahway Industrial Sites in the sale of 970 New Brunswick Ave., a 10.5-acre property near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Harold Realty Management purchased the 297,000-square-foot complex.
BRC Executive Vice President Greg Irving and Vice President Jim Hodgkins represented the seller, while Ezra Realty represented the buyer.
“Rahway Industrial Sites and Bussel Realty Corp. have had a longstanding relationship and we were happy to deliver on their expectations in the sale of the property,” Irving said.
In a news release, BRC noted that the building has 14- to 32-foot ceiling heights, two drive-ins, 20 exterior tailboards and 100 free surface parking spaces.
