A logistics company has leased 1.42 acres of industrial outdoor storage space just north of Newark Liberty International Airport, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Tuesday.
Container World Corp., which supports the alcoholic beverage and hospitality industries, will occupy the site at 1-23 Tompkins Point Road under a deal with landlord Axis IOS, according to a news release. BRC Director of Asset Services Matthew Phillips and Senior Vice President Anthony Rittwager represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
