A religious organization has acquired a more than 85,000-square-foot office building in the Somerset section of Franklin, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage team said Pillar Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Pillar Ministries, paid $4.5 million for the property at 80 Cottontail Lane by way of a Ten-X online auction. It’s now marketing available space at the 85,425-square-foot building, seeking to fill units ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet with immediate occupancy available.
BRC Executive Vice President and Partner Gregory Irving represented the buyer and now serves as the property’s leasing agent.
“We are thrilled to announce the purchase of 80 Cottontail Lane in Somerset, a well-located Class A office property right off Exit 5 on I-287,” Irving said. “The property is aggressively priced for quick transactions. The new owners are also upgrading the common areas of the property.”
