A tire recycling business has leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space in Roselle, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage represented MN NJ Realty LLC, the landlord at 197 East Highland Parkway, in the full-building transaction with P&I Global Tire Express. They also represented the tenant, noting that the building is minutes from Route 1&9 and other major highways, with two tailboards for loading, 17-foot ceiling heights, heavy power and ample parking.
BRC industrial specialist Steve Jaynes and Anthony Mircovich, a vice president with the Edison-based firm, completed the assignment.
