The owner of a nearly 112,000-square-foot office building in Bridgewater has refinanced the property for $6.8 million, in a newly completed transaction by G.S. Wilcox & Co.
The property, Greymark at Bridgewater, is a recently updated, three-story building at 1200 Route 22 East. G.S. Wilcox Partner David Fryer secured the loan on behalf of the borrower, noting that the debt came with a flexible prepayment structure.
“We are pleased to secure this attractive financing on behalf of our repeat client,” Fryer said. “The Greymark at Bridgewater is a prime example of the strength of the market for renovated, attractive, modern office buildings.”
In a news release, the Morristown-based mortgage banking firm noted that Greymark contains more than 111,500 square feet and is home to RJWBarnabas Health, among other tenants. Its location along Route 22 provides it with immediate access to several major roadways.
