A new café is opening in Ringwood after leasing nearly 2,200 square feet at the Fieldstone Park Shopping Center, according to a leasing team with Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, Cove Café, will use the space at 130 Skyline Drive to serve classic fare such as baked goods, toasts and sandwiches, salads, light breakfast foods, desserts, teas, juices and specialty coffees, Azarian said in a news release. The space at Fieldstone Park, a 95,566-square-foot complex in northeast Passaic County, will be its first location.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the 2,160-square-foot deal. The firm, which servs as the leasing and property management agent for Fieldstone Park, noted that the one-story property has 27 tenant spaces with users including Dairy Queen, The Fresh Grocer, Dollar General, Wells Fargo, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Subway.
Ownership is planning a major exterior renovation that it expects to roll out by late 2026.
