Two new food and beverage concepts have arrived in Hoboken after leasing space in the city’s bustling downtown, according to a team with Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
In the first deal, Haraz Coffee House took 1,900 square feet and recently debuted at 89 Hudson St., the brokerage firm said. The internationally inspired coffee concept, which has locations across Europe and the United States, will bring what Zoltek described as a modern and vibrant coffee experience to the city at a site that’s directly across from a Starbucks.
Urszula Zoltek of Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Andrew Botticelli of Compass represented the landlord.
Just a few blocks away, a waffle and crêpe house known as Little Mingo has signed a lease at 305 1st St. The operator will occupy an undisclosed amount of space, following a deal in which the Zoltek team represented both parties.
“These two exciting concepts reflect the energy and diversity of Hoboken,” said Urszula Zoltek, a principal with the firm. “It’s a pleasure to help bring businesses that elevate the neighborhood experience, and we’re proud to be part of Hoboken’s continued commercial growth.”
