An investment group has acquired a 5,400-square-foot commercial property in Camden County, under a newly completed transaction by Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The brokerage firm announced Wednesday that the seller, the Mental Health Association in Southwestern New Jersey, reaped $400,000 from its disposition of 217 Black Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. The nonprofit services organization has consolidated operations, paving the way for the building sale to an undisclosed local partnership.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Vice President Kevin Burns completed the deal, touting the building’s visibility and proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Its new owner will use it as an investment property.
