A cannabis dispensary has leased 8,500 square feet along a key thoroughfare in northern Hudson County, in a transaction arranged by The Goldstein Group.
According to a news release, Nile Dispensary will occupy the space at 5409-5411 Bergenline Ave. in West New York under a deal with Ortega Associates. The brokerage team noted that the licensed operator will offer a range of premium products, seeking to provide a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can find high-quality items that meet their unique needs.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter and Director Chris Conway represented both parties in the lease.
“Cannabis dispensary shops are starting to open more locations throughout New Jersey,” Finkelstein said. “Due to all the resolutions between the state and the municipalities, these types of deals take a long time to conclude. This deal was no exception, and it took patience and understanding from all the parties to bring this deal to fruition.”
