The owner of a Gloucester County shopping center has filled two spaces with the additions of a car wash and a community-focused gym franchise, brokers with The Goldstein Group said.
According to a news release, Cloud 10 Car Wash recently opened at Timberline Plaza Shopping Center in the Sewell section of Mantua Township. The operator has opened at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Road, where it provides an automated, tech-driven car wash using smart tunnel technology that uses sensors to personalize washes, resulting in a high-quality, efficient and environmentally friendly service.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker and Vice President John Ostrowski represented the landlord, Timberline Plaza LLC. Steve DePetris of Legend Properties represented the tenant, which also provides free-to-use DIY areas with vacuums, air fresheners and cleaning supplies for interior cleaning.
In the second deal at Timberline Plaza, Wolf Fitness leased 20,000 square feet for a community-focused gym with premium equipment, group classes and recovery options. The franchise, which serves all levels of fitness and emphasizes a supportive “pack” mentality, is expanding beyond other locations in South Jersey and Boca Raton, Florida.
Handwerker represented the landlord, noting that neighboring tenants include, Wawa, Target, Lowe’s, Lidl, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin’, Great Clips, Dollar Tree, PetSmart, Verizon and Wendy’s. Blaine A. Foreman of Metro Commercial represented the tenant.
“The addition of these two users will create great synergy to the existing tenants at the center and surrounding community,” Handwerker said. “Timberline Plaza has a strong tenant mix that caters to the active and family-focused lifestyle of the Mantua and Gloucester County communities.”
