Larken Associates has negotiated a lease renewal and expansion to 6,456 square feet with a cardiology provider in Flemington.
According to the landlord, Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon previously leased 4,624 square feet at Raritan Commons at 200 Route 31 North. Its renewal with Larken expands the space by 1,832 square feet.
Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented ownership in the deal. Core Enterprises, the firm’s in-house construction team, managed the buildout of the expanded space.
“Our latest renewal and expansion emphasizes Raritan Commons’ ability to help businesses of all types grow and prosper,” Marek said. “The property’s adaptability, paired with our hands-on approach to property management, continues to enable us to build these long-term relationships and we are excited to help Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon provide their invaluable services to the Flemington community.”
Raritan Commons is a two-story, 67,040-square-foot building with a range of medical and office spaces, according to a news release. The property sits on the northbound lane of Route 31, across from Hunterdon Medical Center, and is easily accessible from routes 22, 28, 31, 202 and 206 as well as interstates 78 and 287.
