A new Restaurant Depot is coming to Paramus after leasing more than 91,000 square feet off Route 17, in a deal arranged by Catalyst Real Estate Partners.
According to the brokerage team, the food service supplier is backfilling an existing big-box property at 577 Winters Ave. with plans to open in late 2026. The site will mark its latest location in New Jersey, allowing it to expand a footprint that currently stretches from South Hackensack to Egg Harbor.
Catalyst’s Michael Testa and William Farkas arranged the 91,135-square-foot deal.
“It’s rare to find 90,000-square-foot freestanding location in Paramus, NJ, and maybe even more rare to find the perfect hybrid retail/industrial user like Restaurant Depot,” the Catalyst team wrote. “The property offers excellent access to Route 17, Route 4 and the Garden State Parkway, along with strong visibility and the infrastructure required for high-volume distribution. The size, layout and strategic positioning make it an outstanding fit for Restaurant Depot’s continued expansion throughout northern New Jersey.”
