CBRE has bolstered its team in the greater Philadelphia region with the addition of veteran brokers Ashley Parrillo, Anthony LiVecchi and Peter Barnes.
According to the real estate services firm, Parrillo joins its ranks as a senior vice president, with LiVecchi and Barnes arriving as first vice presidents. The team will focus on account management as well as office tenant representation throughout greater Philadelphia.
“We are excited to have Ashley, Anthony and Peter join our industry-leading Philadelphia operations,” said Rija Beares, CBRE’s greater Philadelphia market leader. “The team’s market knowledge and collaborative approach to tenant service make them ideal additions to our already dominant team of brokerage professionals in Philadelphia.”
Each is a former senior vice president with JLL, according to a news release. Parrillo has assisted major companies and organizations with their workplace strategies and has structured some of the biggest transactions in the market, while LiVecchi has led efforts representing several multimarket companies with all facets of their real estate needs in addition to advising landlords of trophy office buildings in Philadelphia.
Barnes, for his part, has been an adviser to many corporate real estate users and is known for his role as a tenant representative, CBRE said, adding that the team has successfully represented companies in the Philadelphia metropolitan region across industries such as finance, engineering, logistics, health care, private equity, media and law.
“Simply put, we believe that CBRE provides the ideal platform for us to serve our clients, and we are excited to work with many of our outstanding colleagues across the globe,” Parrillo, LiVecchi and Barnes said in a joint statement.
