Three law firms have leased a combined 11,000 square feet of office space in Livingston, in a series of newly completed transactions by CBRE.
Brokers at the firm represented Eastman Cos. in transactions at two properties, 354 Eisenhower Parkway and 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave. At the former, the law practice of Antonelli Kantor leased 5,200 square feet, while Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg and the Law Office of Robert J. Machi committed to 4,600 and 1,200 square feet, respectively, at the latter building.
Eric Maurer, Eastman’s director of leasing, worked alongside CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler on behalf of ownership.
“The completion of three new lease transactions during the COVID-19 shutdown speaks to the responsiveness and quality product that Eastman Companies provides to tenants,” Casey said.
In a news release, CBRE noted that 354 Eisenhower totals 160,000 square feet and features a full-service cafeteria, fitness center and conference center, with a location between Route 10 and Interstate 280. Antonelli Kantor joins other law and accounting firms, along with software companies and sales operations.
At Old Mount Pleasant Ave., the other two practices join professional services and health care tenants, among others, along with Eastman’s corporate offices. The 50,000-square-foot property sits immediately off Route 10 and in the heart of the local retail corridor.
