A new upscale food and wine market has opened its doors in Paramus, where it has leased more than 8,600 square feet under a transaction arranged by CBRE.
The business, Bin52 Wine & Gourmet, unveiled the new space at 396 Route 17 North during a grand opening last week. The location just south of Midland Avenue serves as the operator’s first store, which occupies space that previously housed Stew Leonard’s Wine & Spirits.
“In addition to the space’s appeal due to the former tenancy, its excellent location and visibility on Route 17 was key,” CBRE’s Nicole Nannola said. “The new Bin52 Wine & Gourmet shop will also be adjacent to a successful Trader Joes, which is a huge traffic driver.”
Nannola brokered the 8,631-square-foot lease alongside CBRE’s Samuel Bernhaut, representing Bin52 in the deal with The Klein Group. She noted that the tenant offers domestic and imported cheeses, cured meats, locally sourced honey and jams, fine wines and beers.
“Bin52 Wine & Gourmet has an amazing team with a true passion for the wine and beverage industry,” Nannola said. “The team is excited about launching the brand and offering customers an exciting shopping experience.”
