A logistics firm has committed to more than 600,000 square feet of industrial space in Phillipsburg, marking the latest tenant at a sprawling new campus along Interstate 78.
Brokers with CBRE represented ownership, Bridge Industrial and PGIM Real Estate, in the lease with OMLog at 1000 Rand Blvd. The Italy-based tenant, which serves the luxury fashion industry, will occupy 607,279 square feet at Building 3 of the master-planned, 3.9 million-square-foot complex known as Bridge Point 78.
“Bridge Point 78 offered OMLog the ideal opportunity to expand its international operations in the heart of one of the Northeast’s main industrial distribution hubs,” CBRE’s Jake Terkanian said, noting that the campus is also home to big-box users such as Uniqlo and Mark Anthony Brands, the beverage company behind White Claw hard seltzers. “With phase one of the development fully leased, we look forward to marketing phase two, which includes two additional buildings totaling over 1.6 million square feet, set to deliver next year.”
Terkanian brokered the lease alongside Mindy Lissner and Vincent Ranalli. CBRE’s Kevin Dudley represented OMLog.
