Brokers with CBRE Group Inc. have been hired to market four separate industrial properties totaling more than 500,000 square feet in northern and central New Jersey.
The firm said Monday that the team of William Waxman, Mindy Lissner, Kevin Dudley, Steven Beyda, Robert Pine, David Gheriani and Kyle Saviano will spearhead leasing and marketing efforts through its New Jersey Logistics Group.
The properties include:
- 12 Vreeland Ave., a 144,340-square-foot industrial building in Totowa adjacent to Interstate 80, offering access to an abundant labor market and with features such as offices, full air conditioning and ample parking
- 440 Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah, a fully renovated or built-to-suit industrial flex facility that is available for lease or sale, featuring new loading docks and 36-foot ceilings
- 100 Crows Mill Road in Keasbey, where a tenant can lease up to 133,032 square feet at the crossroads of the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 440, Interstate 287, Route 1&9, Route 35 and the Garden State Parkway
- The Corner of Minnisink and Vreeland, a 150,000-square-foot build-to-suit property, directly off Interstate 80 in Totowa, with a 36-foot ceiling height, excellent loading, extreme power availability and ample car and truck parking
Each property offers convenient access to nearby highways.
“We’re continuing to see record-setting demand, coupled with a relatively limited supply, in New Jersey’s industrial market for quality space with convenient transportation and port access,” Waxman said. “Each of these properties are well-located and offer prospective users a unique opportunity to enhance their logistics and distribution operations in New Jersey.”
