Vision Real Estate Partners has tapped CBRE as its leasing agent at a newly renovated, well-known office building in downtown Morristown.

The property, 1776 on The Green, has not only updated amenities and common spaces but also a new ground-floor restaurant by acclaimed chef David Burke. CBRE’s Jon Williams and Mike Nieliwodski are now marketing the 146,000-square-foot building at 67 East Park Place, which is about 73 percent occupied.

“The recently completed renovations at 1776 On The Green, including a new lobby, rooftop deck and enhanced amenity spaces, have created a modern aesthetic and a distinct office experience for tenants, their employees and guests,” said Williams, a senior vice president with CBRE, who previously led two successful leasing assignments for Vision Real Estate Partners.

The news comes nearly four years after Vision acquired the building, seeking to tap into Morristown’s undersupplied Class A office market and the dining, shopping and living options within the downtown. The company has since repositioned 1776 with new features that also include a Top Golf Swing Suite.

“What we offer at 1776 On The Green is an institutional-quality asset in an unrivaled downtown suburban setting, said Sam Morreale, the firm’s co-founder and managing partner. “The enhanced tenant experience by way of immediate Morristown Green presence and access to shops and dining is a proven combination for success. We look forward to another successful experience with CBRE.”

Available spaces at 1776 On The Green include a first-floor opportunity with the potential for signage and a dedicated entrance to the renovated Pioneer Park, CBRE said. The leasing team is also touting a full-floor availability on the seventh floor and two 6,000-square-foot options on the third floor, with direct access to the new amenity lounge and rooftop deck overlooking the historic Morristown Green.

Existing tenants include Wells Fargo, Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. and Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., among others.
