CBRE has announced a new market leader for its central New Jersey operations, elevating a key longtime member of its sales and research teams in the region.

In the new position, Will Forcello will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy for all business lines, including advisory and transaction services, investment sales, valuation and advisory services, debt and structured finance, property management and project management. He is based in the firm’s East Brunswick office and previously served as sales management leader for its New Jersey business, driving its broker development and client services programs.
“Will is the ideal person to expand and enhance our central New Jersey operations given his strong performance in servicing our clients and growing our New Jersey business,” said Jeff Hipschman, who oversees CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “His successes at CBRE are noteworthy, having been recognized as Sales Management Professional of the Year in 2019, while helping grow our business and creating a work environment that attracts talent and provides successful outcomes for our clients.”
Forcello has been with CBRE for 13 years in positions of increasing responsibility, according to a news release. He started his career in the key role of industrial and office leasing advisory before expanding to research analysis and then rising to become the head of the firm’s tristate suburban research group.
During his time as sales management leader, Forcello drove record revenue growth over the previous several years, the news release said. He graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a bachelor’s in business administration and a concentration in finance.
