A distributor of natural and organic foods has acquired a 105,000-square-foot industrial building in the Meadowlands for $31 million, in a newly announced deal by CBRE.
The brokerage team represented the buyer, Dora’s Naturals, in the transaction at 210 West Commercial Ave. in Moonachie. The privately held user purchased the facility from Beauty Plus, a company focused on hair products and extensions.
CBRE’s Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, Elli Klapper, Kate Granahan and Brian Fiumara completed the assignment on behalf of the long-term client.
“The acquisitions of 210 West Commercial Avenue, in the heart of the Meadowlands, is key to our core business of providing quality, perishable, natural, organic and specialty foods and beverages to retailers throughout the Northeast,” said Cyrus Schwartz of Dora’s Naturals. “Kevin and his team truly understand our business and have put us in a great position to succeed in this key market.”
Dudley added: “It was a pleasure working closely with our long-term client, Dora’s Naturals, a family-oriented company. We are happy we were able to find this prime industrial property that met all of our client’s real estate and business needs — something we take extremely seriously.”
