Brokers with CBRE are marketing a parcel in the heart of the Meadowlands, touting it as a prime location for a regional hub, headquarters or last-mile delivery center.
The site, located at 210 Clay Ave. in Lyndhurst, can support roughly 90,600 square feet of industrial development within an existing commercial section of the borough. According to a marketing flyer, other building specifications include 5,000 square feet of mezzanine office space, 36-foot clear heights, 16 dock doors and parking for 79 cars.
The CBRE team of William Waxman and Mindy Lissner, both executive vice presidents, are marketing the property along with Vice President Kevin Dudley. The brokers have branded the project site as Destination 3.
