A provider of IT equipment rentals has leased more than 14,000 square feet at a Morris County industrial building, according to brokers with NAI James E. Hanson.
Located at 85 Horsehill Road, in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, the space will become the ninth global facility and North American headquarters for One World Rental USA LLC, the leasing team said in a news release. The tenant also plans to use the space to house equipment for events that it hosts throughout the country.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins, Chris Todd and William Ericksen represented the landlord, Horsehill Properties LLC, in the 14,400-square-foot lease. They noted that the 53,000-square-foot industrial building is now fully leased, adding that it has 14-foot clear ceiling heights, 38-foot-by-28-foot column spacing, three exterior dock doors, one drive-in bay and ample parking.
