A seven-building, 378,000-square-foot commercial park in Morris County has attracted three new tenants, part of a series of newly announced deals by Weichert Commercial Brokerage.
The firm on Thursday said it represented EI Realty, the owner of Cedar Knolls Business Park, in securing new leases with E.A. Goodman Law, Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey and Recombinators LLC. Weichert also signed extensions with existing tenants that are expanding: Brightstar Care and the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program.
Connor Smith of Weichert Commercial is the leasing agent for the properties and works in conjunction with the EI Realty team.
“We believe that the high retention rate and low vacancy rate in our Cedar Knolls Business Park, and all of the properties within the EI portfolio, are a reflection of our responsiveness to the needs of our tenants,” said Guy P. Cipriano, president of EI Realty. “In conjunction with EI Associates, our full-service architectural, engineering, and construction firm, we strive to provide a high-quality, yet economical, working environment.”
Located off Ridgedale Avenue, the business park is near Route 10 and Interstate 287 and minutes from Interstate 80, Weichert said. The complex is currently more than 96 percent leased.
