A four-story, 20-unit apartment building in West New York is on the market for sale, in a newly announced offering by Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management.
The listing team said the property, 5200 Palisade Ave., is roughly a quarter-mile from a Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station, providing what it described as “exceptional convenience for residents and potential tenants.” The building also has “very favorable capital improvement allowances, further enhancing its investment potential.”
Cervelli Real Estate’s Chris Cervelli and Christopher Gerena are leading the assignment on behalf of the would-be seller.
