A private investor has purchased a six-unit apartment building in Jersey City Heights for $1.1 million, in a deal arranged by Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
According to a news release, the property at 36 Prospect St. has five vacant units and provides immediate upside potential for the buyer. That boosted the appeal of the three-story building, as did its location less than a mile from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and its views of the New York City skyline from its upper levels.
North Bergen-based Cervelli said the property traded in an all-cash deal.
