A national consulting firm has taken more than 9,000 square feet at a Princeton-area office building, in a newly announced deal by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
The tenant, MPI or Management Planning Inc., is leasing the space at 210 Carnegie Center Drive under a deal with BXP Inc., the brokerage team said. The 9,030-square-foot office in West Windsor will serve as the firm’s new home after its move from the Lawrenceville section of Lawrence Township.
Chilmark’s Michael Witko represented the tenant, which describes itself as a business valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting and mergers and acquisition advisory firm. The company provides valuations for a variety of tax, financial reporting, litigation and other business applications, as well as corporate advisory services to business owners and their representatives.
