A chiropractor has added its fourth location in Cherry Hill, inking a long-term lease at a medical office building along the Route 70 business corridor.
Vantage Real Estate Services, which represented the practice, announced Friday that Spine One Chiropractic Center has committed 2,100 square feet at 1034 Route 70 East. In announcing the lease, the brokerage touted the building’s proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Kings Highway.
Vantage RES Director of Client Services Monica Walsh completed the assignment, working closely with Dr. Victor Rossi and Christi Murphy, the practice manager.
