A seven-building, 208,000-square-foot industrial complex in Linden is fully leased after a recent 50,000-square-foot deal, according to a brokerage team with Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Xhongxin WWH Inc., will occupy Building E at 2500 Brunswick Ave. in a location just west of New Jersey Turnpike Exit 13 and the Goethals Bridge, giving it quick access to Port Newark-Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and the greater New York City region, according to a news release. Features of the complex include 12- to 26-foot clear ceiling heights, wet and ESFR sprinkler systems, ample loading and generous trailer parking.
BRC Principal Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the landlord, CHS Property Development. ACRE NJ LLC represented the tenant.
“Linden continues to rank among New Jersey’s most sought-after industrial submarkets,” Metz said. “This lease underscores the sustained demand for functional, well-located facilities that can support high-velocity distribution, manufacturing and last-mile logistics.
He added that small-bay industrial space of less than 50,000 square feet “has consistently outperformed the broader market over the past few years, and we expect that momentum to continue in these tight, supply-constrained corridors.”
