Design firm Clarke Caton Hintz has named two new associates and two new senior associates after four recent promotions on its team.
The practice, which is based in Trenton, said Tristan Harrison rises to associate after joining as a planner more than two years ago with broad experience in master planning, affordable housing, historic preservation, bicycle facilities planning and urban design within rural, urban, coastal and inland communities. The firm added that he takes great pride in his involvement with the entire planning and design process, working to advance social equity and environmental sustainability in every project.
CCH has also elevated Cristina Alvarez to associate, citing her extensive professional experience that includes the design of both renovation and new construction for institutional, civil, cultural and educational projects. She has expertise in all phases of interior design including programming, space planning, schematic design and design development, furniture and finish specifications, as well as contract documentation and administration.
Rising to senior associate is James Giresi, a member of its team for more than eight years. The practice cited his work in small-scale building repair to complex historic restorations, touting his ability to overcome complex problems with elegant and innovative solutions, while adapting to various project typologies and scales.
Matthew Mulkeen, meantime, is also a newly minted senior associate. CCH said he has tackled projects on both coasts and internationally, pointing to his ability to refine conceptual ideas throughout a project’s design, detailing and construction to ensure its overall success by achieving goals while maintaining constructability and project schedules.
“Their continuing contributions to our multidisciplinary practice enhance our ability to provide valuable design and planning services to our clients,” CCH wrote in a news release.
