Denholtz Associates has signed a lease with a coffee operator to bring its concept to the Matawan building known as Metropark South, the real estate firm said Thursday.
In a news release, Denholtz announced the five-year lease with Booskerdoo Coffee LLC, a Monmouth County area business. The company will open a kiosk at the 133,000-square-foot building located at 100 Matawan Road.
David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz and Booskerdoo Coffee in the transaction, the news release said.
Booskerdoo currently has retail locations in Fair Haven, Pier Village in Long Branch, Monmouth Beach and Bell Works in Holmdel. And it recently opened a headquarters store in Asbury Park with a cafe, bakery and coffee roastery.
“It’s always great when you have the opportunity to support a local small business while delivering a valuable amenity to your tenants at the same time,” Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates, said in a prepared statement. “This kiosk allows us to add an in-demand service to our state-of-the-art office building that today’s sophisticated tenant requires.”
Metropark South is located off of the Garden State Parkway at Exit 120, near the on the border of Middlesex and Monmouth counties. The property is within minutes of the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1 & 9 and Interstate 287 and from local rail service.
