A collectibles store has signed a multiyear lease at a Gloucester County shopping center, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
The business, The Clever Fox, will occupy 720 square feet at the Southwood Shopping Center at 875 Mantua Pike in West Deptford, according to a news release. The brokerage team noted that the shop will appeal to both collectors and enthusiasts, with products ranging from vintage to modern items.
“The West Deptford community is thrilled to have The Clever Fox join the Southwood Center,” Vantage Commercial wrote in its announcement. “The store is more than just a place to shop. It’s a destination where collectors can discover rare finds and connect with fellow enthusiasts. All are invited to come explore the unique collection and see what treasures await.”
A brochure for the property lists spaces totaling more than 80,000 square feet, including those that are leased. The largest tenants include a 9,088-square-foot Abbey Carpet store, with a 15,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market set to arrive in 2025.
