Another Robbinsville industrial building has changed hands after the sale of a 177,000-square-foot complex along Route 130, brokers with Colliers International announced Friday.
The firm said it represented the seller of Washington Park, a warehouse and distribution center at 1100 Route 130. It did not disclose the sale price or the names of the parties involved.
The Colliers investment services team included Jacklene Chesler, Patrick Norris, Matthew Brown and Jonathan Tesser.
“The Colliers team was extremely diligent in pushing to get this transaction to the finish line and the results exceeded the seller’s expectations,” said Michael Simon of Simon Holdings Inc., an advisory services consultant who worked on behalf of the seller. “The team was able to generate 12 highly qualified offers and conducted over 20 property tours.”
Sitting on more than 18.5 acres, the property is minutes from Interstate 195 and the New Jersey Turnpike. As part of the Exit 7A submarket, the property sits among facilities occupied by users such as Amazon, Falken Tire and Lay-Z-Boy.
“We saw tremendous interest from institutional buyers, private equity and users given that Washington Park is located in the 7A submarket that is poised for future rental appreciation,” Chesler said. “Investor interest and demand for industrial product remains robust in New Jersey.”
