Colliers International has made five promotions within its New Jersey brokerage team.
Dennis Waggner, the firm’s New Jersey market director, announced Monday that Colliers has promoted both Sam Horowitz and Chris Hovanec to executive managing director. Both joined the firm in 2015 — serving as leasing agents and tenant representatives — and are consistently among its top producers in office leasing.
Horowitz also serves as Colliers’ broker of record for New Jersey, according to a news release.
The firm also announced the promotion of Matthew Brown to managing director. Having joined Colliers in 2016, he handles underwriting and analytics for its investments sales team based in its Woodbridge office.
Meantime, the firm has elevated Troy Skibitsky and Brett Incollingo to associate directors. Both joined Colliers in 2016.
Skibitsky, who specializes in industrial brokerage, was awarded the firm’s “Rising Star” award in 2018, the news release said. Incollingo handles office leasing in the firm’s Princeton office.
“We are thrilled to be recognizing each of these brokers for their excellent work,” said Waggner, an executive managing director. “Their accomplishments play a vital role in setting the firm apart from others in the market and we look forward to watching them thrive in their new and expanded roles.”
