NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has tapped a longtime banking executive to serve as its new director of capital markets, the real estate services firm said.
The new hire, Frederick Gladstone, joins NAI DiLeo-Bram after most recently serving as vice president of commercial lending at Berkshire Bank in the Kingston section of South Brunswick. The Piscataway-based firm touted Gladstone’s career in commercial lending, beginning in 1999 with his involvement in Commerce Bank’s commercial credit underwriting program.
He has worked on both the underwriting and sales sides, NAI DiLeo-Bram said.
“Fred will be a great addition to our team,” said Rob DiLeo, principal of NAI DiLeo-Bram. “He will help our clients with their financing needs and represent their interests in getting the best possible terms.
“Fred will be an additional resource to our existing structure. He has a great deal of experience in lending for real estate as well as lending to businesses, so he can be an asset to both tenants and owners.”
