A local business owner has acquired a series of lots and commercial properties in Camden, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm said it represented Les Treize Chats LLC in its sale of the portfolio, which includes retail stores, an occupied warehouse, a parking lot and a vacant lot across four different locations. The properties span just over a block along Federal Street, between South 35th and South 36th streets.
Terms were not disclosed.
“It was a great pleasure to work with both the buyer and seller throughout the course of this transaction,” said Nick Liggio, a sales associate at Vantage RES. “Their diligence and communication with our team, combined with our knowledge, expertise and drive to move the deal forward efficiently led to an overall, smooth process.”
Liggio completed the assignment alongside Aran Ploshansky, director of operations with the firm.
“Vantage did a great job start to finish,” the seller said in a prepared statement. “They asked the right questions and put together an excellent marketing package that generated numerous potential buyers. Once our deal was reached, they expertly facilitated it to the closing.”
