Connors inks 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse lease in North Bergen

An industrial user has leased nearly 25,000 square feet at a warehouse in North Bergen, the William F. Connors Agency announced recently.

The tenant, Sen Mart International, will occupy the entire building at 1107 Tonnelle Ave. as part of the deal with the undisclosed owner. The deal provides the firm with quick access to major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3, along with New York City via the Lincoln Tunnel.
