More than 15,000 square feet of industrial space in North Bergen has changed hands as part of a $3.05 million building sale arranged by the William F. Connors Agency, the firm announced.
William F Connors III, the company’s president, was the lone broker involved in the transaction at 8300 Tonnelle Ave. He did not disclose either party.
Located roughly 2.5 miles from Interstate 495, the 15,385-square-foot building has both street and roof parking with 12- to 14-foot ceiling heights. It also has one tailgate.
