A general contractor has leased 7,500 square feet at a Roselle industrial building, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm’s Steve Jaynes represented ownership in the transaction at 197 East Highland Parkway, a 9,400-square-foot property just west of Route 27. The tenant, Lucky Construction LLC, is leasing the space from MM NJ 2 Realty LLC.
“It was a pleasure to represent our client in locating the ideal tenant for 197 East Highland Parkway,” said Steve Jaynes, an industrial specialist with Edison-based BRC. “The property’s location and features are perfectly suited for their construction business and clients in the area.”
According to a news release, Lucky Construction specializes in services ranging from simple construction to masonry and plumbing services. Its new home in Roselle has 17-foot ceiling heights, drive-in loading, ample power and parking, boasting a location that’s minutes from Route 1&9, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
