A health care consulting firm has acquired a 4,200-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill, under a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage said Quality First Solutions is relocating to 41 Kings Highway North from another location in the township. The freestanding structure will serve as the buyer’s new home after its purchase from a private estate, providing a location along a main thoroughfare in Cherry Hill and minutes from Interstate 295 and routes 70 and 38.
Mike Gries, a sales associate at Vantage Commercial, brokered the transaction, with Bluestone Commercial Capital accompanying the seller. Terms were not disclosed.
“As a Cherry Hill native, it was important for me to find a larger office space in town in which to move my growing company, Quality First Solutions,” business owner Jennifer Bailey said. “Upon finding Vantage Commercial, I knew they’d be able to help me find the perfect office space. The entire Vantage team was great to work with. As we look forward to moving into our new location, Vantage is currently helping us locate the perfect owner for our former office at 2420 Church Road in Cherry Hill.”
