The Blau & Berg Co. has brokered the sale of a 19,000-square-foot industrial property in Union Township, the Short Hills-based firm announced this week.
In a news release, the company said the team of Christopher J. Chiusolo, Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter J. Murano Jr. and Michael Schipper represented Wellington Manor Design LLC in its purchase of the building at 1023-1025 Commerce Ave. Tom Dimicelli of JLL referred the undisclosed seller.
“I am thrilled to sell this building in such a short time,” Chiusolo said. “The property is ideally located in Union, and the buyer had the same type of business as the owner, which made this deal quick and easy. I’m very pleased with how smoothly and efficiently we were able to turn this one around.
“I owe a big thank you to our marketing team at The Blau & Berg Co. for reaching the right people, as well as Tom Dimicelli for entrusting me with his clients to list and sell this building. Tom’s guidance is always appreciated and welcomed.”
