The Coremark Group has completed the sale of a Bergen County development site that is slated to house a 101-unit senior living facility, the firm announced.
Laurence J. Liebowitz, a partner with the Wyckoff-based company, said the assemblage at 16-00 River Road and 5-11 and 5-15 Bergen Ave., both in Fair Lawn, has approvals for 75 units of assisted living, 26 units of independent living and 59 parking spaces. The Trammel Crow Co. purchased the 1.88-acre site for an undisclosed price and will partner with Chelsea Senior Living, which will operate the facility.
Additionally, Coremark noted that the River Road property is the former home of a TD Bank building, while a pair of single-family homes occupy the Bergen Avenue parcels.
